We deliver all across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). No matter where you are located, your order will be shipped right to your doorstep within the UAE.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are paid by the client and calculated based on a fixed rate at checkout. These charges will be clearly mentioned before you confirm your order.
📦 Delivery to Identified Person
To ensure secure and accurate delivery, the recipient must follow the below requirements:
Customers must enter accurate and complete details of the Consignee/Recipient:
Full name (matching government-issued ID)
Full delivery address
Nearby landmark
Valid postal code
Active contact number
Upon delivery, the recipient is required to present any government-approved photo ID (such as Emirates ID, Passport, or Driving License).
Our courier partners will verify and note the ID proof during delivery to ensure the product is handed over to the correct individual. Your cooperation with the courier agent in this process is appreciated to maintain the security and integrity of your delivery.
📍 Delivery Locations
Orders can be delivered only to:
Residential addresses
Commercial addresses
Please note that deliveries will not be made to:
Public places (e.g., malls, hotels, restaurants)
Hostels, on-road locations, or any temporary venues
📦 Missed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the courier company will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If you remain unreachable or unavailable, the package will be returned to our dispatch location in Dubai.
In such cases, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from any refundable amount, if applicable.
To avoid inconvenience, please ensure someone is available at the provided address during the expected delivery window.
